Through education, training, advocacy, and research, we strive to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.
The Veterans Supportive Housing Program’s goals are
1) Provide a safe permanent home for you.
2) Support you in meeting basic needs by providing referrals for food, health care coverage, and benefits such as WIC, TANF, food stamps, etc.
3) Provide you with referrals to Mental Health Counselors when needed, so you can work together to build independence, self-esteem, family relations, and socialization, and empower you because you are worth it!
4) To assist in promoting income adequacy by increasing skills and income. This may include helping you pursue a higher education, learning a new trade, completing a training program, etc.
